The WISTEC expansion chuck - designed as a module produced component- can be supplied for core diameters in the area of 70..... 300 mm. The extremely high expansion areas make it possible, without any replacement, to process the following core diameters:

70 and 76,2 mm (3 ");100 and 101,6 mm (4"); 150 and 152,4 mm(6").

By using the variable adapter plate ( flange) it will be possible to adapt the chuck to every machine concept. The air supply takes place over a valve or rotating clutch.

For variable applications we manufacture three sizes.

The pneumatic mechanical chuck provided with bowl formed leaves, is specifically designed for shaftless rewinding, in cases where shaftless clamping is needed.
