Pneumatic Shafts with Lugs

These shafts represent a very high level of load capacity and design. These kind of shafts are used in the paper converting industry as well as in the foil industry.

These shafts have a high grade of torque transmission and an essential living time, due to the use of highly refined materials combined with an exact process of manufacture.

It is possible, with some modifications, to use the shaft with wedges for special production solutions. The figure below, shows a shaft wich is used for clamping two single cores on one shaft.

Läßt sich eine achslose Abwickelstation für geringe Arbeitsbreiten nicht weit genug zusammenfahren, oder sollen bei einem Wendewickler unterschiedliche Rollenbreiten aufgenommen werden, eignet sich die nachfolgende Lösung:

Bis zu einem Hülseninnendurchmesser von 25 mm ( 1x ) können als Wickelwellen Keilwellen zu Einsatz kommen.

All Lug-designed shafts are also avialable with rubber lugs. You´ll get a light shaft with good gripping attribute of steel or plastic cores.
